Results-driven Maintenance Manager with over 15 years of progressive experience leading maintenance operations for central air conditioning, chiller, and industrial HVAC systems across industrial and commercial facilities. Currently serving as Engineer and Department Head at WE Company, overseeing maintenance and repair of critical cooling infrastructure while driving fault analysis, preventive/predictive maintenance strategies, and energy efficiency initiatives that reduce downtime and operational costs.

From 2019 to 2022, he served as an Electrical Consulting Site Engineer at DSC, where he oversaw the full electrical scope of the prestigious TOLIP Hotel New Alamein — a complex development spanning a main hotel building and 47 additional structures including villas, chalets, and an aqua park. His role covered inspection and supervision of high and low voltage systems, switchgear, transformers, generators, BMS, fire alarm, CCTV, and a wide range of mechanical control panels (MCC).
